Partizipation an Verwaltung und Gesetzgebung, aber auch durch Kaufentscheidungen bietet ökologisch und demokratisch große Chancen, hat aber auch deutliche Grenzen, die weithin übersehen werden. Insbesondere wird die Motivationslage der Handelnden wie auch die generelle Relevanz von Verfahrensregeln wie der Öffentlichkeitsbeteiligung von vielen überschätzt. Der Beitrag geht dem nach.
